Library Life Pulse is a global insight and benchmarking service developed by Alterline, a specialist insight agency focused on higher education. Since 2011, Alterline has worked with over 90 universities across the UK, Ireland, Canada, the US and South Africa, helping institutions understand their students' experiences and deliver meaningful change.

We created Library Life Pulse in close partnership with academic libraries, recognising the growing need for tailored, evidence-led tools that support strategic planning and user-centred design.
